FOR CANCELLATION OF DELEGATE BOOKINGS: When cancellation is made by the attendee on or before one calendar month prior to the conference start date, then a refund of the fee paid will be made subject to a 20% deduction to cover administrative costs. For cancellation after this date, we will not be able to refund the fee, but you will be able to transfer your booking to a colleague. When cancellation is made by the organisers, the organisers agree to repay in full the attendance fee which has been paid at the time of the cancellation, but will not be responsible for any other costs incurred.
FOR CANCELLATION OF HOTEL ROOM BOOKINGS: When a hotel room is purchased from ourselves, we in turn purchase the room from the appropriate hotel. If the delegate cancels the room, we are not able to get a refund from the hotel. Therefore should you have reason to cancel your hotel room booking, we have no option but to charge you for the full value of the stay. We will always endeavour to re-sell the room but this is not always possible. However, if we are able to, we will refund the cost at the rate that the new guests pay, to a maximum of the original cost charged.
FOR REFUND ON PURCHASE OF ELECTRONICALLY TRANSFERRED CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS: Once downloaded, there is no refund on electronically transferred conference proceedings.
