Exhibition

The parallel exhibition features a select number of organisations whose technology, analysis, expertise and products continue to help drive development in Additive Manufacturing, 3D Printing and wider manufacturing industries.

The exhibition is open from lunchtime on Tuesday 9th July for the pre-summit event, and remains open until after the final refreshment break at the end of Additive International. Plenty of time is included within the schedule for delegates to engage with the exhibitors.

Venue and Directions

Location

The event is held at the Belfry Hotel, Mellors Way, Nottingham, NG8 6PY.

 

Arriving by car

Leave the M1 at Junction 26 and take the A610 towards Nottingham, staying in the right hand lane. At the island, take the last turning onto the A6002 to Stapleford/Strelley. At the next island you will see the hotel on your right. Take the last exit onto Mellor’s Way.

 

Parking

There is ample free parking on site

 

Arriving by train

The nearest train station is Nottingham (approx 5 miles). Please visit www.thetrainline.com to book tickets. There is a taxi rank by the station.

Arriving by plane

The nearest airports are East Midlands airport (approx 15 miles), Birmingham airport (approx 50 miles) and Manchester airport (approx 65 miles). All London airports also accessible with strong transport links to Nottingham.

 

Arriving by bus/tram

Accommodation

We have reserved rooms at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel for our delegates. These rooms can be booked when registering for the conference, or at any stage prior to the event, via our website. All conference activities take place within the Nottingham Belfry Hotel, making this the ideal base for your visit.

 

Availability is limited and rooms always sell-out in advance of the event, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

 

The welcoming Nottingham Belfry is a contemporary four star hotel conveniently located on the edge of the city, with first-rate leisure and conference facilities.

This modern, stylish hotel has 120 spacious bedrooms, a spa with an indoor pool and an atmospheric restaurant, bar and outdoor terrace area..

 

The price includes bed and breakfast and full use of the hotel’s leisure facilities. The booking will be for single occupancy and may be for a single room. If you would like to bring a guest, there will be a surcharge payable of £12 + VAT per night. Please contact donna@am-conference.com if you require double occupancy.

The working language of the conference is English, which is used for all presentations and conference material.

Dress for both the conference and evening events is casual.

Photos will be taken at the summit for both internal and external promotional purposes. Should you wish not to be photographed, please let us know in advance or upon registration.
